        2. How I can make a purchase?

Access to products

In order to access and view the features of our products, click on the product category bar, select that category you want to visit, and the products within each category: fashion, home, accessories, etc.

Add products to cart
Once you have chosen the product you wish to purchase select size and add the product to cart using the button "Add to cart". You can continue shopping and add more products to your shopping cart, or process the order.

Buy
If your choice has been processing the order, once you have chosen your products, you will see a summary of your order in My Account, excluding shipping costs. But remember! If your choice has been to buy more than one piece, you will save on shipping expenses! To complete your purchase and see the final price, including shipping costs, click the checkout process and pay.

Enter the purchase data required and ... voila! Now you just have to wait!

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This mail is a proof of payment, and will help you to identify your order via the order number. In addition, he will find the price, size, units, and all the details of your purchase. Also, if you lose your mail or have not received it... don’t worry! You can find the same information and print it from My Orders: My Account.
 
        3. Where can I get my order?

If the shipping address is within the European Economic Community, you will have the possibility to place an order on our website*.

Remember that the final prices, excluding shipping costs, are the same for everyone, despite the different tax rates.

        4. Shipping

Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight, size and the geographic area where you receive the order. Rates depend on the geographical area, whether it is national or international territory, and depending on total order weight and volume.

Rates will be automatically calculated when you enter all the products you want to buy and the geographic area where you want to send. We will try to give you the best shipping price and provide you the best service!

        5. Methods of payment

If your question is how can I make the payment? We offer several options! At present the only method available is the bank card payment (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, etc...), either credit or debit card.

The fees and costs of the transaction are paid by the buyer.

 
        6. Will I receive the same product I saw in the picture?

Yes. The pictures you can see on our website have been taken by our specialists in the studio, and they are original products worn by our models.

        7. When will I receive my order?

Our intention is you receive your order as fast as possible. But managing and processing the shipment takes time. Depending on the workload, shipping management can take up to three (3) working days after receiving the order confirmation email. From this moment, the delivery time of the order, depending on the service contract and the geographic area where you will send the product, is different. Stay tuned fifteen (15) business days after the completion of the purchase.

        8. How can I know if the product fits me?

When you are viewing one of our products, next to the product description, the size selection, and sizing guide you will find a section for compositions and care recommendations. In this section, detailed information about the materials used for the production of the product, as well as special care in washing, ironing, drying, etc. are provided.

        10. Do you want to add or modify your order?

Add or modify the order is always possible unless it has already been managed and / or shipping has been submitted. Contact us via the contact form and let us know what you want to change. Within three (3) working days we will inform you if you can add or change your order.

Moreover, if it is possible to add or modify the order, we will let you know the costs associated with that process as well as shipping and handling costs, if these have increased. These expenses are paid by the buyer.

        11. I made a purchase but have not received the confirmation email, what do I have to do?

If you have not received the confirmation email during the next twelve (12) hours after the completion of the purchase, check if the order is available in My Account: My Orders.

If it is available, don’t worry, you can always check the reference number and print it out from My Orders panel. Even though, please indicate the incidence through the contact form so that our technicians can fix the problem.

In case the order is not registered in My Account: My Orders, please check if you have completed the payment checking your bank account. In case you have not made any payment, you can order again. In the situation that a charge has been made, please contact us via the contact form explaining the details of your inquiry and the amount, date and time of purchase, payment method and the product you have purchased. Once you submit the contact form, we will attend to your inquiry and respond within three (3) working days.

        12. I made a purchase and does not appear in My Orders

If you made a purchase and after twelve (12) hours you cannot see your order in My Orders, first of all check your bank account and verify that the payment has been successful. In case the payment was successful, and there was a charge on your account, please contact us via the contact form explaining the details of your inquiry and the amount, date and time of purchase, and payment method product you have purchased. Once you submit the contact form, we will attend to your inquiry and respond within three (3) working days.
 
        13. Which is my order status?

        14. What should I do if I have not received the order, and the delivery time has passed?

        15. How can I make a return?

In case you want to make a return order, contact us via the contact form you will find at the top of the web page, specify the product concerned and the order number, explain the reason for the return, if the reason is defective, explain what it is, and soon we will tell you how to proceed.
Remember to read carefully the requirements to make a return. In case you do not meet these requirements, you should incur the shipping and return costs.

        16. The product is defective or is in bad conditions, what do I have to do?

In the situation that the product does not meet the specifications that you can find in the description of the product, you must request a refund of the product through the contact form found on the website, and you must provide all requested data like order number, total amount with shipping cost included, units of the product, size, and specify the problems which are detected in the item purchased.

After the return, we will check that the product is in bad conditions or defective. In that case, would reimburse the full amount of the product, including transportation costs. If the product is found in good condition, we'll refund the full amount of the product, less shipping costs, and we will deduct the amount of the refund, as well as all costs of managing this process.

        17. I didn’t receive my order correctly, what do I have to do?

If upon opening your product you see that what you received does not match what you ordered, and instead you received other products that you did not buy, or you are missing any product, please contact us via the contact form and tell us what is the problem, in order to make a return or exchange the order.

After give us back the product, we will check if the order does not match what you ordered, if instead of your order you received something different or you are missing any product. In that case, we would reimburse the full amount of the product, including transportation costs. If the order is correct, we'll refund the total order amount, minus shipping costs, and we will deduct the amount of the refund, as well as all costs of managing this process.

        18. I made a return, and I have not received the amount in my account, what do I have to do?

If you successfully verified your bank account and you have not received the refund of your money, contact us via the contact form.

Note that the return of the order to our store is not instant, nor the assessment process order after return. This is why the process may be delayed. Try that the refund is made within thirty (30) days from receipt of the product in stock.

        19. I have problems making the payment of my order, what do I have to do?
